Speech Therapist

Role:
The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and manage communication and swallowing disorders. They will create and carry out individualized therapy plans to enhance speech clarity, language comprehension and expression, social communication, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing abilities. The role involves collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals to foster a comprehensive and supportive therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing capabilities.
Analyze assessment outcomes to formulate individualized intervention plans with clear, achievable goals.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies using diverse techniques and materials.
Deliver direct therapy services to individuals in both one-on-one and group formats.
Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy aspects, including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Educate and counsel individuals, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing disorders and effective management approaches.
Collaborate effectively with other professionals like occupational therapists, ABA therapists, teachers, and physicians for coordinated care.
Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and make collaborative decisions.
Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
Manage a caseload efficiently.
Participate in professional development activities.
Contribute to the development of program resources and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education & Licensure: Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences & Disorders (Master's a plus) and valid Philippine Speech Therapist license.
Clinical Expertise: Proven ability in assessing and providing interventions for a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders across diverse age groups.
Manages Challenging Behaviors: Skilled in effectively working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors during therapy.
Strong Communicator & Team Player: Excels in collaborative environments with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized & Client-Focused: Demonstrates strong organizational abilities alongside a compassionate, client-centered therapeutic approach.
Nurturing & Patient: Demonstrates genuine empathy, patience, and a profound love for working with children.

Occupational Therapist

Role:
The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide interventions for individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments to help them achieve independence in daily living skills, work, and leisure activities. They will use a variety of therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive abilities, and adaptive behaviors, enabling individuals to participate fully in their chosen occupations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify limitations and strengths affecting their occupational performance.
Develop individualized intervention plans with client-centered goals to address identified needs and promote independence in daily living, work, and leisure.
Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including fine and gross motor activities, sensory integration techniques, adaptive equipment training, environmental modifications, and cognitive retraining.
Provide direct therapy services to individuals in various settings.
Document all aspects of the therapeutic process, including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Educate and train individuals, families, and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and home programs to support occupational performance.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, ABA therapists, and educators, to provide holistic care.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to interdisciplinary planning.

Qualifications:
Education & Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or other aligned fields (Master's degree is a plus) and a valid professional license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the Philippines.
Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience in assessing and managing individuals with a variety of conditions impacting their occupational performance and daily living skills.
Therapeutic & Behavioral Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, experience in managing challenging behaviors, and the capacity to adapt interventions effectively to meet individual client needs and goals.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
Documentation & Professionalism: Proficiency in thorough documentation and record-keeping, coupled with empathy and a strong commitment to client empowerment and well-being.

Pre-school Teacher

Role:
The Preschool Teacher will create and lead engaging and developmentally appropriate play-based activities for young children in a group setting. They will foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction, exploration, learning, and fun.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a variety of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, storytelling, and free play.
Lead structured playgroup sessions focusing on social interaction, speech stimulation, and motor development.
Create a welcoming and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and exploration.
Facilitate positive social interactions and help children develop social skills.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the playgroup.
Observe children's play and development, and adapt activities as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's participation and any observations.
Set up and clean up the play area.
Manage playgroup resources and materials.
Follow established policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
Qualifications:
Licensure & Education: Valid Professional Teacher's License (LET passer), preferably with a specialization in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Early Childhood Experience: Proven experience working with young children in group settings such as preschools, daycare centers, or playgroups.
Child Development Knowledge: Solid understanding of child development principles and the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with young children, their parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Play-Based Learning Advocate: Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering learning through play.
Classroom Management: Ability to effectively manage a group of young children, creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
