Speech-Language Pathology Intern
Place of Work: Onsite (Fairview, Quezon City)
Duration: 3-6 months arrangement, or up to an academic semester.
Schedule: Flexible (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM window)
Role:
We are looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathology Interns to join our clinical team. Under the direct supervision of our licensed SLPs, you will gain hands-on experience in clinical assessments, session planning, and the delivery of direct therapy. This internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Observation & Support: Assist licensed SLPs during comprehensive clinical assessments and therapy sessions.
Intervention Planning: Participate in developing evidence-based, individualized intervention plans for a diverse pediatric caseload.
Direct Therapy: Gradually lead portions of one-on-one or group therapy sessions under supervision.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records and drafting progress reports.
Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent consultations to ensure holistic client care.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Speech-Language Pathology.
Strong theoretical foundation in speech and language development and disorders.
Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy for children and families.
Professional, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Valid student credentials and necessary university endorsements for internship.

Occupational Therapy Intern
Place of Work: Onsite (Fairview, Quezon City)
Duration: 3-6 months arrangement, or up to an academic semester.

Role:
We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Interns who are eager to develop their clinical skills in a pediatric and community-based setting. You will work alongside our licensed Occupational Therapists to assist in assessments, session implementation, and the development of practical life-skill programs.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Support: Assist in conducting assessments of client skills related to activities of daily living (ADL) and sensory-motor functions.
Session Implementation: Support the delivery of direct therapy sessions focusing on motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive development.
Independent Living Facilitation: Assist in the Independent Living Program, helping clients practice personal care, home management, and community integration.
Clinical Record Keeping: Help maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and progress reports.
Material Development: Assist in creating and preparing therapeutic materials and adaptive tools tailored to specific client needs if needed.
Collaborative Care: Work with SLPs and administrative staff to ensure a consistent approach to skill development for every client.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an Occupational Therapy degree program.
Passion for working with children and individuals with special needs.
Patient, creative, and proactive in a clinical environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Valid student credentials and necessary university endorsements for internship.

HR and Admin Intern
Place of Work: Onsite (Fairview, Quezon City)
Duration: 3-6 months arrangement, or up to an academic semester.
Schedule: Flexible (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM window)
Role:
Supporting the Operations Coordinator, the HR and Admin Intern will gain unique exposure to the intersection of Human Resources, General Administration, and System Development. This role is ideal for students looking for experience in office management, recruitment, and digital business systems.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job postings, screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews for clinical and administrative roles.
HR Administration: Help maintain employee 201 files, track attendance, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires and consultants.
System Maintenance (AppSheet): Assist in updating and troubleshooting internal AppSheet applications used for inventory, attendance, and client tracking.
Records & Privacy: Support the management of physical and electronic records, ensuring compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
General Operations: Assist with client intake, front-desk inquiries, and the preparation of official correspondence and reports.
Finance & Cashiering Support: Help in organizing receipts, reconciling daily collections, and basic bookkeeping tasks under supervision.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience or interest in AppSheet/No-code tools is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Discreet and professional, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
